Caro Eickhoff has been observing graffiti and, after 2000, street art in Berlin, as well as the phenomenon worldwide, since the 1990s. In 2007, she launched her photo blog Streetart on taz.de. Since 2011, she has enthusiastically shared her observations and knowledge with interested parties through street art and graffiti tours, which she offers for groups, school classes, and private individuals. Always on top of the latest developments and providing background information, she and her colleagues offer exciting and insightful tours on the subject of street art, graffiti, and facade painting (muralism) in several languages ​​and for all ages.

 

Also part of the team is Katia Hermann, an art historian dedicated to communicating these global art forms in public spaces through articles, interviews, publications, exhibitions, and guided tours. She will lead our FritzArt guests through the site on a two-hour tour, past the façade paintings and graffiti that are currently being created or have already been completed, and will shed light on the approaches, techniques, themes, and backgrounds of the works and the artists.
